What if I want to see a house?

How long is the lease, when can I move in?

Leases at CMF Properties are twelve months with the majority beginning mid August.

Are laundry facilities available?

Washers and dryers are available in 3 of the houses. Please see features of each property for which houses.

How close are the houses to BGSU?

Is smoking allowed?

No. CMF Properties are smoke-free properties. Smoking is prohibited on the property as defined by the BGSU Clean Air & Smoking Policy.

I'm interested in signing a lease, what next?

Interested tenants submit an Application to Rent. The leasing process is complete when a lease is signed and security deposit paid.

Are pets allowed?

NO pets are permitted.

Are utilities included?

The tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, cable, internet and phone). Visit our utility providers page for utilities contact information.

Is there a security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and payable at lease signing. The deposit is refundable less any damages within 30 days of lease termination date provided tenant provides a self addressed envelope.

What if I have maintenance concern or an emergency after hours?

CMF Properties has emergency services available 24 hours. Examples of emergencies are no heat, flood, or fire.
